Vital Transportation

Vital Transportation is an income-based program available to individuals 60 or older, who have a scheduled appointment or vital services need for transportation to the doctor, pharmacy, or grocery store. We help those who have no other source for transportation or means to pay for transportation.
To enroll in this service, call the central LOA office. Our staff will complete a brief assessment to ensure you qualify for the service. Once qualification has been established, we ask that you provide us with at least three days notice if you need a ride.
